HEALTH MANIA - in the course of being healthy!!

I can never understand this word " health and fitness" . What does it mean after all? What we don't do in the course of being healthy. We run marathon races in the morning without having any food. It is very silly to put on the shoes and burn all the calories ! I wonder why this people are so intrigued about health and fitness. They are just finiding another meaning for fitness today! Fitness is something internal ! It is not to have six pac or eight pac. You have to feel refreshed in the morning to make your work possible all day long , that is what fitness means , we need not restrict ourselves to some strict diet basis and actually leaving all the pleasures of life. Life is meant to  enjoy , being healthy doesn't help always . You can eat as you like and drink what you have to ? I support  healthiness but strongly oppopses health maniacs! Because they are not just being mad about health but inducing the same into the minds of the rest. Health is something we all need to think of but not in this mad way . "Eat healthy" it doesn't imply to torture yourself and eat unsually healthy things. It is just eat what you like make it in the most healthy way !that is all ! Eating miniscule ammount of food is not at all a dietary plan it is just a new way to feel more hungry for food.
                          Some strictly restrict oils but eat panipuri on road side. That is what diet in their sense. If you have to follow some diet be strict to it and apply the same for all , don't find excuses for your favorite food. Then only we can judge you as a health maniac. You want to eat everything but your diet will not permit you ! Why this whole lot of beffuddle? Eat profound ammount and exercise youre body to the hardest possible way and look dapper ! This is what other kind of health maniacs think! But none of them ever gonna enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Our life is ephimeral and we have very short span of century. According some research it is found that we spend thirty percent of our life SLEEPING . You can now think of it ,  how short we live and the things in the to do list have been logjamed into the silos. Concentrating on this health and fitness , diet, going to gyms nearly eats half of your valuble life . So be simple and try to tick of almost everything in youre to do list starting from today !
